Behavioral Health—LCSW/LMSW/LPC—Ava Clinic

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is currently accepting applications for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in our Ava Clinic.

The LCSW/LMSW is a mental health provider with specialized training who works as a member of the Primary Care team. The team approach allows us to address the interaction of physical, behavioral, and emotional/mental aspects of care.

This position will offer comprehensive behavioral health services through traditional therapy in a clinical setting with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group environments. The LCSW/LMSW will be responsible for initial and follow-up assessment and treatment for patients and prepare individual treatment plans. This position will advocate for patients and families, assist patients with gaining access to needed services within the health care system, and may provide crisis intervention to patients on an as-needed basis. The goal of the LCSW/LMSW is to assist individuals improve their quality of life by offering guidance and counseling.

Candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills in interactions with patients, families, physicians, and health care team. Must be able to develop collaborative relations with physicians, families, and patients and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and carry out treatment plans. Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and within a team setting. Must possess excellent time management skills and the ability to clearly and concisely document sessions. This position may travel to local sites as requested by the administration.

The applicant must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or licensed Master Social Worker. Working knowledge of DSM-5 is required, but experience is preferred. This position is full-time employment in a clinical setting, and a competitive salary and attractive benefits package are provided.

This position will offer comprehensive behavioral health services in the public-school setting with children and adolescents in individual and group environments. The Provider will be responsible for initial and follow-up assessment and treatment for students by preparing and developing individual treatment plans or “action plans.” This position will advocate for students and families and provide crisis intervention to students on an as-needed basis. May collaborate with medical care team for referrals.

Candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills in interactions with patients, families, and health care team. The candidate must also exhibit the ability to work independently and within a team setting and possess excellent time management skills and the ability to clearly and concisely document sessions. This position may travel to local sites as requested by the administration.

Applicant must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Master Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); experience working with children preferred. This position is full-time employment in a school setting with a competitive salary and attractive benefits package provided. Potential employees will receive and must pass a drug/alcohol screening before employment can begin.

Dental Hygienist

Our team is recruiting for a Dental Hygienist for our Houston clinic, full-time OR part-time, who will provide high-quality patient care and appropriate services for patients.

Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer

Missouri Ozarks Community Health – Mansfield Clinic is currently accepting applications for an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer.

Under physician direction and following established standards, policies, and procedures, the Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer will perform procedures to produce diagnostic quality sonographic images. Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program and two years experience required. OB/GYN and Abdominal experience preferred.
