Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Our team is recruiting for a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for our Ava, MO Clinic. The provider in this position will offer a full range of on-site psychiatric care to patients, including psychiatric assessments and medication management, by evaluating, diagnosing, and providing appropriate treatment. This position will work in a collaborative relationship with physicians. Our care providers enjoy clinic hours with standard shifts between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, with minimal after-hours calls.

This care provider will offer comprehensive behavioral health services through traditional therapy in a clinical setting with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group environments. Working as a member of the Primary Care team, the provider’s goal is to assist individuals in improving their quality of life by offering guidance and counseling to manage substance abuse and behavioral health issues. This team approach allows us to address the interaction of physical, behavioral, and emotional/mental aspects of care.

The provider will be responsible for initial and follow-up assessment and treatment for patients and will prepare individual treatment plans. This position will advocate for patients and their families, assist patients with gaining access to needed services within the health care system, and may provide crisis intervention to patients on an as-needed basis.

Candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills in interactions with patients, families, physicians, and health care team. Must be able to develop collaborative relations with physicians, families, and patients and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and carry out treatment plans. May collaborate with medical care team for referrals.

RN Clinic Lead—Mansfield Clinic

We are currently seeking a full-time RN Clinic Lead to join our nursing team at our Mansfield clinic. The successful candidate will help to coordinate day-to-day medical clinic operations, including clinical support, schedules, specialty referrals, medication administration, and management of clinical nursing staff to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction and exceptional delivery of patient care. We offer the option of a 4- or 5-day work week for flexibility.

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think independently, and act decisively when needed. Candidates must hold current licensure, have a solid understanding of medical procedures, and the ability to adhere to strict hygiene standards. A willingness to travel to other clinic locations is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside staff in direct patient care.
  • Serve as main point of contact for the clinic.
  • Work with team leaders to ensure efficient patient flow and communication within the clinic.
  • Manage scheduling, participate in hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary action of nursing staff.
  • Planning, developing, and organizing various nurse trainings, meetings, and service activities for the medical clinic.
  • Guide staff participation in continuing quality improvement processes.

Qualifications:

Under physician direction and following established standards, policies, and procedures, the Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer will perform procedures to produce diagnostic quality sonographic images. Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program and two years experience required. OB/GYN and Abdominal experience preferred.

  • Administer medications to patients per provider order and medication administration protocols.
  • Assist with outreach activities as directed.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program is preferred.

As an IT Manager at Missouri Ozarks Community Health, you will oversee our company’s technology operations, including network, servers, computer hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

General Responsibilities:
  • Setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, and network hardware/software systems.
  • Manage and lead the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Oversee IT Support Specialist.
  • Collaborate with contracted third-party IT support and health records software providers.
  • Monitor, manage, and evaluate network infrastructure and performance.
  • Establish network specifications, workflow, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address IT needs.
  • Assist end users with hardware and software concerns.

Qualifications:
