Behavioral Health—LCSW/LMSW/LPC—Public School Setting

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is currently accepting applications for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to be based in the Ava Public Schools .

This position will offer comprehensive behavioral health services in the public-school setting with children and adolescents in individual and group environments. The Provider will be responsible for initial and follow-up assessment and treatment for students by preparing and developing individual treatment plans or “action plans.” This position will advocate for students and families and provide crisis intervention to students on an as-needed basis. May collaborate with medical care team for referrals.

Candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills in interactions with patients, families, and health care team. The candidate must also exhibit the ability to work independently and within a team setting and possess excellent time management skills and the ability to clearly and concisely document sessions. This position may travel to local sites as requested by the administration.

Applicant must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Master Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); experience working with children preferred. This position is full-time employment in a school setting with a competitive salary and attractive benefits package provided. Behavioral Health—LCSW/LMSW/LPC—Cabool Clinic

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is currently accepting applications for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to be based in Cabool Clinic.

This position will offer comprehensive behavioral health services through traditional therapy in a clinical setting with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group environments. The goal is to assist individuals improve their quality of life by offering guidance and counseling. This person will develop therapeutic relationships and advocate for patients and families and may provide crisis intervention to patients on an as needed basis.

This position will also work with the medical providers to address the interaction of physical, behavioral, and emotional/mental aspects of care to help improve the quality of patient lives and reduce symptoms of chronic medical conditions.

Applicant must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Master Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer

Missouri Ozarks Community Health – Mansfield Clinic is currently accepting applications for an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer.

Under physician direction and following established standards, policies, and procedures, the Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer will perform procedures to produce diagnostic quality sonographic images. Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program and two years experience required. OB/GYN and Abdominal experience preferred.

Dental Hygienist

Our team is recruiting for a full-time Dental Hygienist for our Ava clinic and a full-time OR part-time Houston, MO clinic who will provide high-quality patient care and providing appropriate services for patients.

LPN—Cabool Clinic

Our team is currently accepting applications for an LPN to join our nursing team in our Cabool clinic. This person will help support our team by working directly with a medical provider, assisting with routine patient care, and performing a wide variety of medical procedures. This schedule is 4-10 hour days.

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills who can think independently and act quickly and decisively when necessary. Candidates must possess current licensure, a strong knowledge of medical procedures and the ability to meet strict hygiene standards. Must have ability to travel to other clinic locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Place patients in exam rooms then record vital signs, current complaint and pertinent history.
  • Assist the medical provider in the treatment of patients and specialized procedures.
  • Provide patient education, applicable preventative services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records and patient information.
  • Document all patient contacts, triage patient phone calls for minor health problems and refer complicated illnesses to the medical providers.
  • Perform in-house, CLIA-waived laboratory tests per protocols. Log all lab testing, review laboratory results when returned from outside labs, check them off as received, and refer all abnormal results to the correct provider.
  • Administer medications to patients per provider order and medication administration protocols.
  • Assist providers in all outreach activities as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program and licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Missouri.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with fellow healthcare providers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills required.
  • Unrestricted license to practice Practical Nursing in the State of Missouri if applying as an LPN.
  • Potential employees will receive and must pass a drug/alcohol screening before employment can begin.

Medical Assistant—Cabool Clinic
