RN Clinical Team Lead

Missouri Ozarks Community Health – Cabool, Mansfield, Houston Clinics are currently accepting applications for an RN Clinical Team Lead.

This position will help to coordinate day-to-day medical clinic operations, including clinical support, schedules, specialty referrals, medication administration, and management of clinical nursing staff to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction and exceptional delivery of patient care.

Duties for this position will include working along side staff in direct patient care. Serving as main point of contact for the clinic, this position will work with team leaders to ensure efficient patient flow and communication within the clinic. This position will manage scheduling, participate in hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary action of nursing staff as well as planning, developing and organizing various nurse trainings, meetings, and service activities for the Medical Clinic. This position will guide staff participation in continuing Quality Improvement processes and oversee proper inventory control and adherence to CLIA and OSHA regulations.

Applicants must be a graduate from accredited school of nursing and RN licensure is required. Three years ambulatory care and two years supervisory experience preferred. Candidate must be able to successfully communicate with patients as well as providers, staff, and administration. Must possess tact and patience, along with a professional appearance and attitude. Organizational skills, time management, professional demeanor, and positive attitude are a must! Potential employees will receive and must pass a drug/alcohol screening before employment can begin.

Dental Assistant

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is currently accepting applications for a full-time Dental Assistant for our Ava clinic and Gainesville clinics. Candidate must be able to assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and be comfortable working chair side in a busy environment. Knowledge of operatory setup and breakdown, infection control, as well as the ability to take diagnostic quality digital x-rays and provide education and instruction to patients, is a must. This position will be based on the Ava Clinic, Gainesville clinic, and travel to area schools with the mobile unit to help provide care in fully operational operatories (delete this sentence).

This is full-time employment in a fast-paced atmosphere with a competitive salary. We offer the option to elect a 4- or 5-day work week. Dental Assistant experience is preferred; completion of an accredited Dental Assisting Program is required. Mandatory vaccination policies are in place unless you qualify for an exemption.

Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer

Missouri Ozarks Community Health – Mansfield Clinic is currently accepting applications for an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer.

Under physician direction and following established standards, policies, and procedures, the Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer will perform procedures to produce diagnostic quality sonographic images. Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program and two years experience required. OB/GYN and Abdominal experience preferred.

Family Medicine Physician
