Missouri Ozarks Community Health

Douglas County Public Health Services Group, Inc. DBA/Missouri Ozarks Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center.
This center was established in 1996 with the intent to provide medical and dental care to all within the areas of Douglas, Ozark, Texas, and Wright Counties. This health center is a private, non-profit organization that receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

MO Ozarks Back-to-School Bash and Health Fair Returns Aug. 8

The event features family activities, community resources, and complimentary supplies.

The health fair coincides with Missouri’s sales tax holiday weekend, allowing families to collect essential school items before shopping.

Get Ready for MyChart!

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is making the transition to Epic and MyChart on April 7. MyChart will allow our patients to manage their care online.  With MyChart, patients will be able to:

  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • Review lab results, test results, and immunizations
  • View medications and request refills
  • Pay bills and set up a payment plan
  • And much more!

Before the launch of MyChart, we recommend patients review their health information in their current Missouri Ozarks Community Health portal.  The current patient portal will be unavailable after March 6.  Patients can request their records by calling (417) 683-5739.

Join us for an open House on Wednesday, May 22nd at 10:00 a.m. The event will be held at the Mansfield clinic at 804 N. Highway 5 in Mansfield. Light refreshments will be provided and tours will be offered.

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is proud to partner with Drury University to offer dental assistant and clinical medical assistant pre-certification programs! All classes will be held at the MOCH Wellness Center in Ava.

For more information, visit drury.edu/cert. You can also attend one of two information sessions being offered on Tuesday, December 12th. One session will be held at the Missouri Ozarks Community Health clinic in Gainesville from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Another session will be offered at the MOCH Wellness Center in Ava from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
