Ava Construction Update

Please be advised that our patient entrance and check-in process will change significantly starting Monday, September 14, to allow construction teams to begin the next phase of modernization on our Ava clinic building.

If you have an upcoming appointment on or after Monday, September 14, please review these critical navigation updates before arriving at the clinic:

New Temporary Entrance

• Main Front Entrance Closed: The main front doors will be closed to all foot traffic starting Monday morning
• Side Door Entry: All patients and visitors must enter through the temporary entrance located at the door on the left side of the building. Please follow the exterior directional signage from the parking lot.

Temporary Check-In & Lobby Flow

Once inside the side door, our facility layout will shift temporarily to keep our clinic fully operational:

• Temporary Front Desk: Please head directly to the New Kitchen area first to check in with our administrative staff.
• Temporary Waiting Room: After checking in, you will be directed to our temporary patient lobby located inside the New Conference Room.

Highly visible signs have been placed along both the exterior and interior pathways to guide you seamlessly through these temporary spaces.
