SilverSneakers Classic: Increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.
SilverSneakers Stability: Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee, and hip joints, all in a fun and social setting. This class is designed specifically to help prevent falls.

The Youth Athletic Training Program is available for student-athletes of all skill levels. During one-hour sessions, athletes learn jump mechanics, free weight training, strength training, flexibility, and other skills.
Beginner Games every Wednesday: Noon-2 p.m.
All Skill Levels every Saturday: 8 a.m.-11 a.m.
Two indoor pickleball courts are available for players. Paddles are available if needed, but players are asked to bring their own if possible.
Missouri Ozarks Community Health has 6 Clinic Locations.
A wide variety of primary medical and dental services are offered at each clinic location.
