Mansfield, Mo. (May 22, 2024) – Missouri Ozarks Community Health celebrated recent expansion improvements at the Mansfield clinic with an open house on May 22, 2024. The remodel has allowed for improved patient flow and additional clinic services.
“We continue to hear from patients that they’re so happy to have behavioral health services and increased access to pediatrics in Mansfield,” said Melissa Quintero, a patient services staff member at Missouri Ozarks. “Pretty much everyone who comes in has good things to say about the expansion.”
This is the second renovation at the clinic at 804 N. Highway 5 in Mansfield. “Bailey Pyle did a great job on the building,” said Randall Gann, Missouri Ozarks Community Health CFO. “Obviously, we’re very proud of what we have here. This building has come a long way since we purchased the property in 2005.”
Missouri Ozarks Community Health did use some of its own cash for the project in Mansfield. But government grants also helped with the project. “We did have two funding sources through the state and the federal government that assisted with these renovations,” said Gann. “So, we’d also like to extend a big thank you to our legislators for helping to make this possible. They’ve always shown us a lot of good support.”
The changes in Mansfield have helped to attract patients from other nearby communities, making Mansfield the busiest clinic in the MOCH system. That success could not be possible without the patients. “We are very thankful, number one, for our patients who put their trust in us,” said Jennifer Heinlein, Missouri Ozarks Community Health COO.
Missouri Ozarks Community Health is a federally qualified health center established in 1996. MOCH serves the counties of Douglas, Wright, Texas and Ozark. Various services are offered at clinics, including primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health care, prenatal care and pediatric care.
