Mansfield, Mo. (February 8, 2024) – Missouri Ozarks Community Health will reopen the west side of the Mansfield clinic on Monday, February 19th, after a full renovation. As part of the remodel, the clinic lobby was expanded, and additional clinic rooms were added. The clinic was also restructured to allow for better patient flow.
“We appreciate patients bearing with us as we’ve made these changes,” said CEO Tim Shryack. “We’re really excited about how this clinic will help us to provide increased services in the Mansfield community.”
As part of the expansion, Missouri Ozarks Community Health will soon be able to offer behavioral health in Mansfield full-time. “Mental health care is so desperately needed in our rural areas. We’re looking forward to being able to provide behavioral health services to more patients in the next few months,” said COO Jennifer Heinlein.
Among the other changes taking place, Kalynn Woods, PA-C, will transfer to the Ava clinic and will begin seeing patients on February 19th. She will be available to see patients Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday. And Tanya Calhoun, a certified pediatric nurse practitioner, will join the staff in Mansfield. She will be available Monday-Wednesday and Friday. Calhoun is the first nurse practitioner at MOCH to care primarily for children. “I’m thrilled to be making this transition,” said Calhoun. “With this change, we can also provide pediatric care to patients in Mountain Grove and Hartville, affecting a wider outreach area.”
The clinic is at 804 N. Highway 5 in Mansfield. Dental patients and patients of Tanya Calhoun, CPNP, will check in at the west entrance. Patients of all other primary medical providers will check in at the east entrance. Renovations were completed by BP Builders out of Rogersville, Missouri. MOCH is planning an open house to take place soon.
