AVA, Mo. (September 8, 2025) – Missouri Ozarks Community Health is pleased to welcome McKenna Madche, a family nurse practitioner, to our medical team at Ava. Madche will also provide care at the clinic in Gainesville. “The addition of McKenna to our medical team will help us ensure that we always have a provider available to see patients in both Ava and Gainesville,” said Jennifer Heinlein, chief operations officer at Missouri Ozarks.
Madche earned her bachelor’s degree from Southwest Baptist University before graduating from the University of Missouri with her master’s degree. “McKenna also has a lot of great experience that she brings to Missouri Ozarks,” said Randall Gann, CEO of Missouri Ozarks. Madche has experience working as a nurse in both hospital intensive care units and emergency rooms.
As a family nurse practitioner, Madche will be able to see patients of all ages, from young children to older adults. She said she is particularly excited about being able to offer care in a rural setting. “I am actually from a rural community, and I knew that when I went back to school to be a nurse practitioner that I wanted to work in a rural community,” said Madche.
Madche will provide care for patients at the Ava clinic from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. She will also be available at the Gainesville clinic on Mondays. To reach the Ava clinic, please call (417) 683-5739. Or to make an appointment at the Gainesville clinic, call (417) 679-2775.
