We offer prenatal care, postnatal care and a wide variety of women’s health services, including, breast and cervical cancer screenings, contraceptive management and preconception planning, as well as referrals for mammograms and other women’s health care services.
On-site care coordination is provided to all prenatal patients, offering one-on-one support and referral management for other beneficial services during pregnancy.
Dr. Robert Nielsen is a board-certified OB-GYN with more than 25 years of experience. He attended medical school at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri.
Dr. Nielsen completed his residency training at North Oakland Medical Center in Pontiac, Michigan. He has experience working in both private practice and for a federally qualified health center.
Dr. Nielsen is available to see patients in the Cabool clinic, Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday.
Shari is a Nurse Practitioner who joined the Prenatal team at Missouri Ozarks Community Health in May 2019.
She comes with five years experience as a Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse on a Women’s Department including experience in PostPartum, Level 1 Newborn Nursery and Postoperative Gynecological care.
She graduated from Frontier Nursing University with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in January 2019.
Shari has obtained these certifications following graduation: NAMS Certified Menopause Provider (NCMP), MAT trained Provider, Certification in Limited OB US.
She specializes in Women’s Health, providing gynecological and prenatal services. During her free time,
Shari enjoys spending time with her family.
Shari is available to see patients in the Ava clinic, Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm and at the
Mansfield clinic, Friday, 8am-5pm
